Sail with two reefs in. Gaff angle is off a little due to bad measurements on my part. We later ajusted to ties to get a better shape. We were trying to get the board down, and heading for some rocks...

Just about to fetch up on a rocky lee shore. I guess that external chine logs have another purpose, rub rails!

Note position of sail. Now I know what stopper knots are for!

Reaching away from the rocks.

Starting to beat to windward. Three guys in cockpit accounts for the nose up attitude. Moving one of them to the cabin helped trim us out.

Note the backwinding of the main. Have since decreased the draft, and it now looks and works much better.
